MY EL.MEHDI BADIDI, Professor of Cardiology
Professor of Higher Education at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Fez Former Colonel Physician and Head of the Cardiology Department at Moulay Ismail Military Hospital in Meknes Professor of Higher Education at the Euromed Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Fez
A cardiologist and Full Professor, he has led several cardiology departments both in Morocco and abroad, including at the Military Hospitals of Meknès and Guelmim, as well as at the Armed Forces Instruction Hospital in Libreville. His academic and clinical career is marked by strong involvement in university teaching, continuous training of medical staff, and the supervision of numerous residents and students.
He is the author and co-author of scientific book chapters and numerous international publications, while contributing to major projects such as the first Moroccan national heart failure registry.
An active lecturer, he regularly speaks at national and international conferences on key topics in cardiology.
He has also taken part in developing therapeutic protocols, clinical guidelines, and educational materials for medical students and healthcare professionals.
Deeply engaged in research, he supervises thesis work, coordinates multicenter studies, and collaborates with several cardiology scientific societies.
Since 2024, he has served as Secretary General of the Moroccan Cardiology Association of Meknès and contributes to many initiatives aimed at improving cardiovascular care.
